FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else? Ask us directly.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused storefront or marketplace launch is usually weeks, a full unified commerce rollout is phased over months. You get a dated plan at the end of Discover, before any build starts.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

No. We connect what already works, such as your ERP, PIM or payment providers, and only replace what is holding you back. The Discover step decides which is which.

How do we see progress during the build?

Every two weeks we demo working software on a staging environment you can click through yourself. You see real screens and real data, not status slides.

What happens if something goes wrong at launch?

We go live channel by channel with a tested rollback plan for each step. If a release misbehaves, we switch back while we fix it, so customers keep buying.

Who owns the code and documentation?

You do. Every project hands over source code, architecture diagrams, API documentation and runbooks, so your team or any partner can carry on.
