FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else? Ask us directly.

What is a unified commerce platform?

It is one back office that holds your catalog, prices, promotions, orders and customers for every channel. Each website, app, kiosk or marketplace reads from the same data instead of running its own copy.

Can each brand or region keep its own look and rules?

Yes. Every storefront has its own settings for design, language, currency, payment methods, delivery options and promotions, while sharing the same product and customer data underneath.

Do we have to replace our current websites?

No. Because the platform is headless, existing front ends can connect to it through APIs. You can move storefronts across one at a time when it suits you.

Which languages are supported?

Thai, English and Chinese are common starting points, and any further language can be added per storefront. Product content, emails and checkout text are all translatable.

Does it work with our existing PIM?

Yes. We sync product data from your PIM into the platform so your product team keeps one master source, and every storefront picks up changes automatically.
