Can you connect our existing loyalty program?

Yes. We integrate with your current loyalty system so members earn and burn points online, in store and in the app, or we run points and tiers in Outbuy if you are starting fresh.

Can a customer pay with points, wallet and card together?

Yes. Checkout supports mixed payments, so a customer can use some points, a wallet balance and a card in one order, and refunds go back to each in the right amounts.

How do affiliates and creators get paid?

Each partner gets tracked links and QR codes. Sales are attributed to them, commissions are calculated by your rules, and payout reports are ready for finance each period.

Can different partners earn different commissions?

Yes. Commission rates can vary by partner group, product category, channel or campaign, with caps and exclusions where you need them.

Do members see the same benefits on marketplaces?

Member pricing and points apply on your own storefronts. On marketplaces we can link accounts where the marketplace allows it, and reflect member offers through vouchers.
